Executive Technical Projects

Our experience in developing comprehensive projects exceeds two billion dollars in Mexico alone

Every design process culminates in the Executive Project, defined as the set of plans, drawings, diagrams and explanatory texts (Project Report and General Budget) used to properly define the construction. It is represented visually through floor plans, elevations, sections, perspectives (BIM, AutoCAD, renderings) or other formats, as agreed by the client and the designer.

At Tutor Negotia we support our clients from the Architectural Project or Basic Project (the graphic description of “what will be built”) through the development of the Executive Project (“how it will be built”). We integrate the information and technical specifications intended for the builder and the various contractors, explaining in detail which materials and techniques must be used.
In addition to the plans that make up the Architectural Plans package, Tutor Negotia develops the following plans and documents for its clients:

  • Topography
  • Earthworks or topographic plan.
  • Structure.
  • Foundation plans.
  • Wall layout plans.
  • Frame plans, with beams and columns.
